Founded in 2021, the Primary Healthcare Foundation (PHCF), a not-for-profit and non-government organisation, began as a small group of medical professionals committed to improving healthcare access in underserved rural communities. What started as volunteer missions to remote villages has grown into a dedicated organisation reaching thousands of people in need. Our journey has been marked by innovation and partnership. PHCF has pioneered Mobile Medical Clinics to serve deprived populations at their doorsteps, worked to upgrade government-owned Primary Health Centres (PHCs) by renovating them into Modular Operation Theatres, and introduced modern medical equipment to strengthen healthcare delivery. We have also developed capacity-building programs to train local healthcare workers, ensuring sustainable improvement in community health services.
