We design, strengthen, and scale integrated healthcare systems that improve accessibility, efficiency, continuity of care, and long-term sustainability. Our approach focuses on transforming fragmented interventions into structured, scalable, and impact-driven systems through strategic planning, governance frameworks, operational standardization, monitoring mechanisms, and measurable outcome-based models.

We work across public, private, and community-based ecosystems to build resilient healthcare delivery systems capable of responding to evolving population needs while ensuring quality, accountability, and equitable access to care.

Mobile medical units

Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) are fully equipped healthcare vans staffed by qualified doctors, nurses, paramedics, and support personnel that travel to remote and underserved communities to deliver essential primary healthcare services at the doorstep of beneficiaries. These units provide doctor consultations, free medicine distribution, basic diagnostic facilities, health screening, preventive healthcare services, health awareness sessions, and referral support for advanced treatment when required.

PHCF supports the operation of these Mobile Medical Units in partnership with Borderless World Foundation to ensure accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare services for vulnerable and hard-to-reach populations.

We conduct and support end-to-end implementation for public health programs across diverse geographies and populations. Our work spans healthcare infrastructure strengthening, mobile and outreach-based healthcare delivery, community health interventions, screening programs, preventive healthcare initiatives, and referral-linked service systems.

With a strong focus on last-mile delivery, operational efficiency, and community-centered implementation, we aim to ensure that quality healthcare reaches underserved and vulnerable populations in a timely, accessible, and sustainable manner.

Primary health centre upgradation

Improved access to quality healthcare services for underserved communities. Enhanced infrastructure, modern diagnostic equipment, upgraded OPD and laboratory facilities, strengthened maternal and trauma care services, and improved inpatient and surgical capacity have enabled timely and affordable healthcare delivery closer to communities. These initiatives have collectively strengthened the rural public healthcare system and are benefiting nearly 1.6 million residents across the district.

PHCF collaborated with Creative Group (Mahaganapati Hospital NGO) to deploy dedicated ambulances and Container Clinics at two accident-prone highway locations on the Samruddhi Expressway providing round-the-clock trauma and emergency response.
